MISSION STATEMENT: These Terms govern your deployment (order) with Brandit Store (operating as GearSurvive). By accessing our tactical supply depot at gearsurvive.com, you acknowledge these operational parameters.

1. OPERATIONAL PROTOCOL (GENERAL TERMS)

1.1 Operator Eligibility

To engage with our supply depot, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess legal authority to enter binding contracts
• Operate from an approved service zone (excludes Asia/remote regions)

1.2 Equipment Inventory

Our tactical inventory includes:

• Combat Gear & Uniforms
• Camping & Survival Equipment
• Protective Accessories
• Field Support Systems

Note: Product images may vary slightly from actual equipment due to operational specifications.

2. DEPLOYMENT PROCEDURES (ORDERING & PAYMENT)

2.1 Mission Preparation (Order Process)

Operators must:

• Verify all equipment specifications before deployment
• Provide accurate drop coordinates (shipping address)
• Confirm payment channel selection

2.2 Payment Channels

Secure transmission accepted via:

• Visa/MasterCard/JCB
• PayPal encrypted transfer

All transactions are processed in GBP (£). Currency conversion fees may apply for international operators.

3. EXTRACTION PROTOCOL (RETURNS & REFUNDS)

3.1 Return Authorization

Operators may request extraction within 15 days of equipment receipt, provided:

• All original packaging/tags remain intact
• Equipment shows no signs of deployment (unused condition)
• Non-returnable items are excluded (base layers, survival gear, dry bags)

3.2 Extraction Sequence

1. Transmit request to Command: [email protected] with subject “RETURN REQUEST [Order #]”
2. Receive return coordinates (shipping instructions)
3. Package equipment securely in original containers
4. Deploy to HQ: Brandit Store, 65 Pierpoint St, Worcester, GB WR4T 5SP

3.3 Resupply Options

Choose either:

• Gear Exchange: Specify replacement item in comms
• Funds Recovery: Refund processed within 3-5 days after inspection (original payment channel)

Initial shipping fees are non-refundable. Operators bear return shipping costs unless due to our error.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All tactical designs, mission briefs (product descriptions), and depot infrastructure are proprietary assets of Brandit Store. Unauthorized reproduction of:

• Equipment imagery
• Operational documentation
• Brand insignia

Is strictly prohibited under international copyright conventions.

5. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

5.1 Equipment Deployment

GearSurvive shall not be liable for:

• Improper field use of tactical equipment
• Delays caused by customs inspections or force majeure
• Consequential damages from product use

5.2 Data Security

While we employ encrypted channels for all transmissions, operators acknowledge that:

• Internet-based communications carry inherent vulnerability
• Credit card details are processed by PCI-compliant third parties

6. OPERATIONAL AMENDMENTS

Command reserves the right to modify these Terms without prior notice. Continued use of our supply depot constitutes acceptance of revised parameters. Significant changes will be communicated via depot bulletin (website notice).
