DEPLOYMENT PROCEDURES (SHIPPING)
Operational Timeline
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays)
- Standard Deployment: Via DHL/FedEx – 10-15 days after dispatch (£12.95)
- Stealth Deployment: Via EMS – 15-25 days after dispatch (Free for orders over £50)
NOTE: Some operational zones in Asia and remote areas may experience delayed deployments or be excluded from service. Contact Command for confirmation.
Payment Channels
We accept secure transmissions through: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal encrypted channels.
EXTRACTION PROTOCOL (RETURNS)
Operational Parameters
- Timeframe: 15-day window from equipment receipt
- Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached and packaging intact
- Non-Returnable Assets:
- Base Layers (hygiene protocol)
- Emergency & Survival equipment (cannot be reissued)
- Dry Bags & Sacks (contamination risk)
Extraction Sequence

- Receive Coordinates: We’ll transmit return shipping instructions
- Package Equipment: Secure all items in original packaging with tags
- Deploy Return: Ship to HQ: Brandit Store, 65 Pierpoint St, Worcester, GB WR4T 5SP
- Await Confirmation: We’ll notify upon receipt and inspection (3-5 business days)
Resupply Options (Exchanges)
For gear exchanges:
- Follow standard extraction procedure
- Specify replacement item in your comms
- New equipment will deploy after return processing
Funds Recovery (Refunds)
- Processing: 3-5 business days after inspection
- Channel: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Note: Initial shipping fees are non-refundable
