MISSION STATEMENT

At GearSurvive, we stand behind our tactical equipment like we stand behind our operators. This protocol outlines our returns and exchange procedures to ensure mission success for every operator in the field.

1. OPERATIONAL TIMEFRAME

You have 15 days from receipt of equipment to initiate a return or exchange request. All items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached and packaging intact.

2. MISSION PARAMETERS (NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS)

The following tactical gear cannot be returned for operational security reasons:

  • Base Layers (hygiene considerations)
  • Emergency & Survival equipment (once deployed cannot be reissued)
  • Dry Bags & Sacks (potential contamination risk)

3. EXTRACTION PROCEDURE (RETURN PROCESS)

  1. Request Authorization: Contact Command at [email protected] with subject “RETURN REQUEST [Order #]”
  2. Receive Extraction Coordinates: We’ll provide return shipping instructions
  3. Package Equipment: Securely repack items with original packaging
  4. Deploy Return: Ship to our HQ at Brandit Store, 65 Pierpoint St, Worcester, GB WR4T 5SP
  5. Await Extraction Confirmation: We’ll notify you upon receipt and inspection

4. RESUPPLY OPTIONS (EXCHANGES)

For equipment exchanges:

  • Follow standard extraction procedure
  • Include preferred replacement item in your comms
  • We’ll dispatch new gear once return is processed

5. FUNDS EXTRACTION (REFUNDS)

Upon successful return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after inspection
  • Payment Method: Refunded to original payment channel (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Initial shipping fees are non-refundable
